Warm, Well-rounded, Well-structured & excellently balanced, a hint of sweet flowers and mint lingers on the finish


10 months in small oak barrels then refining in bottles for 2-3 months

Goes well with first courses with tasty condiments, roasted Suckling pig, lamb, long matured cheeses such as Pecorino
