The capers in salt from La Nicchia are made using the best capers from Pantelleria and sea salt.
Before using them, rinse them carefully in a colander and let them soak in water for a couple of hours. Dry them and add a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and them use them as you prefer: they are also excellent in sauces or to give extra flavour to meat and fish dishes, to garnish canapés and small bites for an aperitif, or even in salads.

About the Brand
