Ligurian olives pitted in extra virgin olive oil are simply olives private of hazel and conserved in extra virgin olive oil with the added of natural flavor. Product adapted to accompany aperitifs or appetizers in general, excellent for preparation of “Coniglio alla ligure”, to added at tomatoes sauce for dishes, on the pizza and in any dish where there are olives.
